In this six-week project, we collaborated with HSCP and Perth and Kinross Council to explore disability services for those with learning disabilities. Using the Double Diamond framework, we conducted research, focused on young volunteers and proposed design interventions to improve user experiences.
This process enhanced my skills in service design, teamwork, user research, and understanding the complexities of public services.
